Property Management Services
Onus supports Women’s Aid ABCL&N by managing their workspace which ensures their focus is on domestic violence issues.
We do this by providing a property management service to Women’s Aid ABCL&N in respect of properties in their ownership. This includes
- management of property development to support accommodation and service requirements of Women’s Aid ABCL&N
- management of tenancies
- securing leases for office accommodation for these properties
- advertising and securing rental for hire of training and meeting room facilities and for child care facilities
Training Services
Onus training and consultancy services are targeted at employers, staff and personnel across all sectors, agencies and businesses that are developing policies and initiatives to assist victims of domestic violence and challenge perpetrators of this violence. We do this by
Identifying the issues and problems
- 'Training Needs Analysis’ is the first step in the training process which should start by addressing the requirements of the organisation, and identifying what needs to be done, when and how.
- Onus will help to identify your needs and the possible solutions to address the situation.
Providing training to meet your requirements
- We have pre designed courses ranging from Basic Domestic Violence Awareness to specialist programmes on older abuse.
- We also have proven experience and ability to design effective and successful bespoke courses to suit your individual needs.
- Our programmes are delivered by a team of highly qualified, skilled and experienced trainers.
Ensure training effectiveness
- New courses are piloted and all courses evaluated to ensure learning outcomes are met.
- A synopsis of the training will be provided together with attendance lists and evaluations to ensure essential workplace audit trails.
Client aftercare
- We will provide appropriate refresher training encompassing organisational developments and legislative change.
- We will ensure ONUS Training is at the front of sector developments keeping clients up to date through effective environmental scanning ensuring training requirements are met.
